SteXy™ Classes

We are excited to welcome you to class! As the first step, we’ll have a 15-minute phone interview to make sure this is a good fit for both of us and ensure we can best help you reach your goals! You can schedule that below. If we’re good to go after that, you will sign our standard contract and complete your payment, which will be an automatic monthly charge with a 3-month minimum. Classes are held weekly on Zoom, and your membership includes a weekly Goals Lab™ meeting to bring added motivation, measurement, and accountability to our process.
